Some German fans tried to sabotage the England World cup effort by partying all night outside their hotel thinking they would put the players off their game due to lack of sleep. But they never had a chance; Merry England is the party centre of the universe! That is why if the Germans had tried that trick in Britain they would have been arrested under Puritain Cromwellian Laws which criminalises more than two people dancing together (based on the puritain belief that 2.1 is a nuclear family, but three is an orgy).
